STARTING JULY 12, Young Samurais will meet:

TUESDAY and THURSDAY - 6:45pm to 7:30pm

Southern Maryland Aikido Center believes that aikido is suited for children as well as adults.  Aikido teaches motor skills, cooperation with others, as well as ettiquette in the Japanese traditions.  Children benefit by not fighting, but rather learning to protect and control themselves.  Aikido is NOT a competitive sport, it is a life skill that children can use as they develop into men and women.

Southern Maryland Aikido Center encourages parent participation in class.  The Young Samurai program is eared to children ages 8-13.  Children will be tested and given rank at regular intervals.  PARENTS:  You are always invited to be on the mat and train with your child during class!

Please be sure to register in advance! 

Class size is limited!
